[OpenTRV-dev] Numbering

Hi,

The numbering I've used for versions is causing some confusion, sorry.

V0.09 is what we have now (PICAXE based, running at my house, PCBs about to be populated), which is my target V0.1 but without the scheduling that I have yet to write.

V0.2 is the version I'm hoping that we can deploy this coming winter (October).

V0.9 (as was) is unrelated to the current V0.09 and should be air-brushed out of your memory!
