[OpenTRV-dev] MQTT PoC

Hi all,

I added the MQTT PoC in the code tree. You will find publish and 
subscribe code for python, Java and Arduino. In the Java and Arduino 
versions, I have included some third party libraries for simplicity. We 
may want to remove them at some point and replace with sensible 
explanations and/or build scripts to install dependencies locally.

All versions use a simple text payload but MQTT does support a binary 
payload should we want to do that.
