[OpenTRV-dev] Arduino compatibility

Given Bruno's suggestion of avoid gratuitous incompatibility, eg so that the less hardware-minded can get started with OpenTRV on bog-standard Arduino boards at least to some extent, I'm basing my I/O usage for V0.2-Arduino on this to start with:

So far my Google-fu has not turned up a more standard standard, but that will do for now.
