Hi,

Couple of comments

1 - Does the SSR have the snubber network built in ?
2 - Not sure running tracks under an SMT cap is ideal, esp if you're considering hand soldering
3 - Please put some suitable labeling on board informing users that 240V is present.
4 - You need to use 3.3v not 5v for powering the 31855
