[OpenTRV-dev] Updated box

Hi all,

I've updated the basic box as per some of Malcolm's suggestions, namely
making it possible to lay out the different layers flat in the x-y plane
and adding lilypads. You will find that there is a new settings file called
user-settings.scad: this file contains a small number of parameters that
drive the render and you should adapt it to your printer. In particular,
Damon will want to set the fudge_ratio variable to 1 while Malcolm may be
happy with 0.

The biggest change is that with the new layout there should be no need to
run the makefile to generate different layers, which makes the whole thing
cross-platform. The Makefile is still there in a very basic form for those
who want to automate the build.

Next on the list:
- Add Bo's SSR box to the git repo,
- Implement some of the other suggestions from Malcolm and Damon in
particular around sturdiness and bridging,
- Make the files thingiverse friendly.
