[OpenTRV-dev] SSR box

Hi

It was me that had that link in store.... does not matter

the SSR has no PCB.... we just solder on the wires and protect against mains with heatshrink tubing.... if anything the hole for 5v wires could maybe be a bit smaller

when we have routed the wires we secure them inside by putting a zip tie around them so they cant be pulled out.... damon have got some sticky pads that the zip tie can go though so the wires cant be pulled nor pushed

yes... square hole should line up with boiler hole in opentrvbox.... big round hole should be a free choice as it will connect to mains/control terminals for the boiler itself


will look up the rubber gromet.... all i can rememember is that it specs a 10mm hole and think it will have a max of 8mm hole in it for a wire to pass through
