[OpenTRV-dev] Redmine

Redmine is now up and running on http://dev.opentrv.org.uk, although 
with no real content yet.  You should either register an account or sign 
in with OpenID.

On the project management side it would be helpful if everyone started 
putting meaningful entries in the commit log.  Redmine has a nice 
feature where you can include "fixes #14" or "refs #187" to 
automagically tie commits to issues.  Writing "fixes" automatically 
marks that ticket as resolved as well.
