I'm fairly sure that grey would be OK: we're choosing colours for our kitchen refurb now, and grey accents are in the running! B^>
Given that that PNG is at 600dpi does that give you enough info in the horizontal plane? Else I may be able to extract some kind of dimension including mounting pillars and USB/3.5mm socket edge profiles from Eagle for you. It would be extra kewl to go from board and component profile to inputs for your box modelling with some simple scripting!
Antenna guide is a good one that I hadn't thought of. It can curl round the box inside but maybe Mike can suggest the best layout given a general desire not to inject RF into the board, and/or maybe we can have a little hole to let us poke it out of the box if we want to, depending on how pretty it as to look.
Support underneath is only likely to be complicated by the presence or absence of the supercap under the board (it is an optional component).
But yes, you can have a real board in your hand (and maybe your kitchen boiler cupboard) in maybe 3 weeks!
