[OpenTRV-dev] Using TELE-temperature to add on radio-TRVs

I'm in the Netherlands. There is no bypass on my own system so I presume
that no bypass is required here. The boiler's user manual says that it is
safe to operate even if there is minimal water circulation, so the danger
would seem to be limited.

In the Netherlands, OpenTherm systems are very common.
