me grumpy too,

customs service is operated by monkeys with the thumb up their rear end, and 
all of them have the common problem in that they dont know what the right 
and left hand do...

and they certainly dont know what their own track and trace system tells 
them

basic they say they have gotten my invoice etc and they would handle the 
solder dispenser today... but track and trace still waits for copy of 
invoice....

next time when outside EU its UPS only.... they cost more, but they are 
faster and they handle customs while its underway... even if i order 
something from malaysia or china i can have it in 2 days... they just bill 
me for customs later

F..K danish postal service !!!!!!!!
