Hi Damon

Here's the veroboard version:

I'd guess you have suitable transistors, a diode, resistor. Then you'd only
need to source the 5V 240AC relay but unfortunately Maplin doesn't appear
to have one. Think that Stuart's suggestion is probably a better bet.
