Hi,

Look for cold spots around sockets and frames and other holes in the surface of each room, not just in outer walls, with an IR temp probe for example.  About 1/3rd of all our ‘uncontrolled ventilation was in the middle of the house at the back of the kitchen, at the site of the old boiler flue that leads up to the roof.

Look for draughts on a windy day much as Bo says with what the industry calls a smoke pencil but Poundstretcher might call an incense stick.
