[OpenTRV-dev] Arduino 1.6

Hi,

I think the time has nearly come to break out some of the basic V0p2 sensors and structures into a grown-up (1.5/1.6-style) library from the Arduino pov, which will make our management of the code easier too.  The coming central Arduino library Arduino may be helpful too.
