The target temp, boiler firing on/off, scheduling instructions and general
usage metrics could be used as a proxy to whether there are any occupants
in the building so should probably be encrypted too.

Attack scenario with that info: person next door snoops on data and works
out when the neighbour is in or out; breaks in the property when empty.
