Please look at the files in the SF repo under Arduino/V0p2_Main_PCB_REV7_DORM1_and_REV8.

There are schematics and STL of the valve. I can measure our visual prototype for you! It’s bigger than we’d like but the next round of production engineering will be about cost, size and looks.

Still assuming 1Y with NiMH hybrid AAs (essentially limited by self-discharge) or 2Y with alkaline AAs. Bo has figures that suggest 1Y with alkaline AAAs which would line up with those.

REV7/REV8 have the I2CEXT connector (well, with a slight tweak) for bootloading the AVR and further updates can be done over serial if required.

Ambient light, temp, RH%, plus of course the manual controls.

There is still not a lot of REV7-specific code in there since I need a functional device in hand to finish it, but that will mainly be motor driver. There are various snapshots near the head with various improvements. I can discuss those with you.

BTW, we’re happy to pop a REV7 board in the post to you when we have a batch in for you to prod and poke and comment on!
