[OpenTRV-dev] Updated Boards package

Hi All,

I've updated the boards package for the Arduino IDE 1.6.x. Hopefully this
will fix the error the IDE was throwing about not finding the bootloader
file.

I don't have commit access to the main repo, but you should be able to
update as soon as Damon merges it in.

I would be grateful for feedback that:
a) it works without breaking anything.
b) Whether or not it actually tells you there's an update, or expects you
to check.

I had to switch between repos while developing it so I'm not too sure how
well update process works.
