[OpenTRV-dev] Raspberry Pi Stats Hub - heatmon

I've updated a few minor things on the repo to close most of the TODOs &
double check the remaining setup steps work as intended, completing the
remaining Wiki pages in the process.

So good to retake any snapshots now as they will be more reliable for the
future.
