<div dir="ltr"><div>The interlock is a good idea actually. I experimented with interlocking shapes on my own printer a few months ago and it works remarkably well. It also ensures that you only print small-ish pieces that just assemble together a bit like LEGO.<br>
<br>In practice, thinking about it, interlock may be a way to create boxes that don't need any screws to put together. I'll have to experiment with that.<br><br></div>Regarding the customisation, I'll have to investigate how it works in Thingiverse but I'm sure we can do it.<br>

I don't want to make bigger individual piece because they will take longer for *all* uses and will be more prone to printer failure part way through.<br>
<br>
Interlocking means that we can have an extra unit when we want it, customised, but basic printing time is kept down.<br>
