<p dir="ltr">I did a bit of looking in to this and it looks to be a bug in the IDE (<a href="https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/issues/4079">https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/issues/4079</a>) where it is creating prototypes for the static functions as non static. From what I can see this has already been fixed so hopefully when 1.6.7 is released all should be well again.</p>
