Are the Radbots promoted on the web site 100% based on the open source / open hardware designs or do they include any non-free/binary components? I would be really interested in getting a couple of them for evaluation, do you have any more stock coming during May? There is also a related GSoC project this year, a student from Italy, Sergio Alberti, has been selected for it: https://wiki.debian.org/SummerOfCode2018/Projects#SummerOfCode2018.2FProjects.2FRadiatorThermovalveReverseEngineering.Reverse_engineering_radiator_bluetooth_thermovalves Regards, Daniel From dhd at exnet.com Fri May 18 13:49:32 2018 From: dhd at exnet.com (Damon Hart-Davis) Date: Fri, 18 May 2018 14:49:32 +0100 Subject: [OpenTRV-interest] Update: OpenTRV Limited is now Vestemi Limited In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <10EB8C79-F2F6-4502-A9E1-1010FF7742FD@exnet.com> Hi, All the code in the products currently at https://myradbot.com/shop/ is indeed open source in the usual repos, yes. It is possible that I may be able to liberate some spares soon, though what takes time is assembling/checking/testing them before dispatch. If you would be prepared to take pot-luck on something that I only have to superficially test then we may be able to come to an arrangement! (I am flat out at the moment though!)
