[OpenTRV-dev] OT: Water and electricity sketch

thought i would keep this seperate from the givmon part.... (the admins can
delete msgs from me starting with OT)

anyhow.... my current sketch for the water meter works.... it can count
pulses etch and come with a right number..

the part i'm very unsure on is the flow rate... and then i would like an
graph that shows what have been used between each reading...

can both these 2 be done in emoncms?

sketch attached... dont be shocked it sure full of errors

my water meter gives 2 pulses pr liter
