[OpenTRV-dev] MQTT sample code

Proof of concept code is absolutely fine for the SVN repo as long as we mark it as such IMHO.

Note there is already a Java area with some stuff like that, for the FHT8V.

Maybe make a protocols/MQTT/proof-of-concept top level sub-tree to keep stuff together in.
