One thing to bear in mind from the grrman TRV's is that they're clearly the other way up (valve is @top or away) from the uk (valve is @base), so we either want a reversible lcd or a graphical unit in our final design. I just happen to have loads of nokia colour displays from the 1st time I started to look at this, but I don't know what power draw is like.
