so i finaly got the TRV board working on my DHW system, after a few
misunderstandings on how to set the time it was working.

it works pretty well, starts on time and opens the valve pretty quickly

for my purpose thou i have to limit the slew rate, so it does not open 100%
in 5 mins. for DHW 20-30 % as the max is cheaper, as i cool the DHW water
more with the slower flow. of course it takes longer to heat the 100L, but
that can be taken in to account in the schedule, i will simply just start
more early than now.

as for assembly the board it was a bit of a nightmare, tin whiskers by the
ton. most of them so small that they could not be seen very well, some of
them hidden behind the pins or under the chips. we have agreed for next
version to keep smd to a minimum so everyone can solder with a basic iron.

more to come when i got it running just right

btw... the next arduino based version is just arround the corner, as i
understand damon has the picaxe version converted and next thing i guess
would be adding things that could not be done on the picaxe.
