[OpenTRV-dev] Boiler control playing up

I was also thinking, at some point, we will need the temperature controls
to be bound to a given boiler control so that you don't have interferences
when you have 2 systems in close proximity (or as in the case we discussed
if you have 2 systems in the same house, one for heating, one for hot
water). Once we have that, we may add ACK messages or other mechanisms so
that the temperature controls can diagnose an unreachable boiler control
and act accordingly.
