let me start from buttom and crawl up,

yes there are internet, a 4G dongle in a router, have to check up on it if
its powered when alarm is on, normal everything goes off when last man
locks the door, but not total impossible just a matter of moving the router
to a always powered plug

about sms... as i understand it the alarm does that so when someone unlocks
the house the board members of the club gets an text, not sure of there are
spare inputs for heating, but yes a gsm module could be the way to go

about working with OpenTRV.... if i run some strings with one wires sensors
why not in this case talk to the valves direct ?

and then yes, in this house i think heating will be controlled either by
relay or and SSR.... simple on off...

oil level.... it can be done by attaching a lenght of tube to the bottom of
the tank and route it up tot the top and mount an air pressure sensor on
it, any valves etc there allready?
