[OpenTRV-dev] V0p2 setup script for Arduino IDE

Hi All,

We've finally got round to putting the script that Jeremy wrote up on 
github. The basic idea is that you enter a url to a .json script in 
preferences, and then you can automatically install new boards in the 
Boards Manager. The URL is:
https://github.com/opentrv/OpenTRV-Config/tree/master/Arduino

Could some of you test it out for us?
