[OpenTRV-interest] Boiler controller (Was: The shop is open!)

The REV11 board is purpose designed to be usable as a remote sensor,
battery powered, with an enclosure.

There's also a setting that can be made over the serial connection on a
REV7 (TRV1.5) that allows you to turn off the energy saving smarts for a
couple of weeks to gather baseline data.
