Hi

Let this be last distraction from me then...

i assume CH is short for connecting homes

* Shit... means more stuff to do... good thing i got the paste dispenser
ordered then
* Nice fan... at least it adresses the issue that most warm air travels to
cielling where most humans do not spend their time... and in short we warm
up more than we need to be comfortable at floor level...
* Yes... it can not hurt... we can always gain knowledge :-D

as for case... i got most of it done... ie standoffs for board... and corner
standoff that goes entire box hight to give the screws for lid something to
bite in... will print a single off so i can do adjustments before printing
say 5-10 box's

will print the first one tomorrow... then adjustments same night or the day
after... i can go back any day during week and print the adjusted one

/bo

ps... also ready to look at rest of todo list for rev1 as soon you have had
time to comment on it

Subject: [OpenTRV-dev] Follow-on from Connecting Homes

Hi,

A number of useful contacts from CH that may be pertinent and aren't secret.

  * A number of bits of British Gas (the CH sponsors) seem to interested in
taking OpenTRV further, which would be good. CH itself talks about getting
access to some of BG's customers for trials, etc.

  * I've just bought a 'radfan' (http://www.radfan.com/) to see if I can
interface that with OpenTRV, at least at an R&D string and duct-tape
lavel...

  * A chap from the Technology Strategy Board came round asking if OpenTRV
would like to be in their competition/process, which is bigger money and
rather tougher tests I imagine, but might be just the sort of backing to
help us build a reference product with the CE stamp and so on for next
winter. I have to follow that up.

Rgds

Damon

PS. I'm desperately trying to get some planning done today for OpenTRV but
lots of distractions. I'll try to get a draft timetable up today for
everyone to laugh at!
