I would be really interested to know if that radfan thing actually does anything. I just can't help but think that the convection even from a partially obstructed rad would be a far greater air current than anything a tiny fan could achieve. It reminds me of the time when I was in sixth form and someone decided it would be a good idea to "supercharge" his mum's Ford Fiesta with a PC fan!
