[OpenTRV-dev] Recommended IDE is Arduino 1.6.5

Hi,
I did a bit of looking in to this and it looks to be a bug in the IDE (
https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/issues/4079) where it is creating
prototypes for the static functions as non static. From what I can see this
has already been fixed so hopefully when 1.6.7 is released all should be
well again.
