[OpenTRV-dev] Starting work on thermal models for OpenTRV

Rather than just chuck devices into homes and hope that they work, rather better is to be able to show up front that:

	• There is a sound physical model behind their function, across the range of target installations.
	• The software and hardware actually does what is expected.
